**Environmental Drilling services have expanded with the addition of a second SONIC Drill Rig. We have also recently purchased a 2001 CME 45-C/300 Track Mounted Auger Rig.
Our in-house hydrogeologist manages the environmental division. We can help you design wells that will meet the requirements of the project, be cost effective and will be installed technically correct. We have been actively involved in the environmental drilling business since the mid 1980's. The majority of our environmental drilling is performed with one of our three Hollow Stem Auger machines and our Sonic Drilling Rigs. We also have air/mud rotary, cable tool rigs and a 6620DT Track Mounted Geoprobe at our disposal, for projects which require these drilling methods. Environmental installations range from ½" diameter monitor wells to 32" diameter recovery wells. We are also experienced in the installation of double and triple cased wells. Some of the different types of installations we have completed are piezometers, monitor wells, lysimiters, recovery wells, open rock and screened, injection wells and gas relief wells. Under the supervision of several of our clients we have installed and maintained product recovery/groundwater treatment systems at a variety of contaminated sites. We also have personnel and equipment to perform pump tests, packer tests, and mechanical fracturing. All employees who work on environmental projects participate in a medical monitoring program and have completed a 40-hour health and safety course. In addition, an 8-hour refresher course is completed on an annual basis. These courses comply with requirements of 29 C.F.R. 1910.120. In addition they are also certified to work on and around railroads in accordance with 49 C.F.R. part 214 of the Federal Railroad Administration safety regulations. **All of our environmental employees now comply with BP site requirements, including the API safety key, Defensive Driver training and Fatigue Management training.** Our client base ranges from individuals to large corporations and projects range in size from small to multimillion dollar contracts. We are bondable and carry pollution liability insurance.
